Step 1
Pre heat air fryer 160 (bake setting)

Peel and Grate carrots

Whisk oat milk and brown sugar till dissolved, then Whisk in yoghurt and vanilla extract.
Step 4
Add sived flour, baking powder, baking soda and spices to wet mixture
Step 5
Add grated carrot to mixture and mix, don't over mix, should be thick. Carrot will add moisture when cooking.
Step 6
Pour into 2 lined baking trays, bane for around 15mins
