Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375F. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 2
Place chicken on baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, geneously season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Add remaining ingredients to small bowl and mix well. Top chicken breasts with even amounts of mixture, and spread to coat.
Step 4
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until cooked through (165F on meat thermometer in thickest part of breast).
Step 5
Serve hot, garnished with fresh oregano or basil if desired.
