Instructions
Step 1
1. Add ham, potatoes, onion, carrots, celery, salt, pepper and broth to slow cooker.
Step 2
2. Cover and cook on low 7-8 hours or on high 4-5 hours.
Step 3
3. Use a potato masher to mash about ⅓ of the potatoes. Add flour, half-and-half or milk and sour cream; stir well.
Step 4
4. Cover and cook on high an additional 15 minutes.
