Instructions
Step 1
Fry the tofu and spring onions together
Step 2
Mix the cornflour, veg oil and sweet oriental stirfry sauce
Step 3
In a separate bowl, mix half a stock cube with 200ml boiled water and melt in two tbsps brown sugar
Step 4
Once the tofu is cooked, transfer it to a separate bowl
Put garlic powder, chilli flakes and ginger powder into the hot frying pan, mix in the stock cube mixture and stir.
Step 5
Then mix in the cornflour mixture and stir until thickened
Step 6
Stir in the tofu and spring onions until well coated
