Step 1
Put all ingredients except lemon juice in saucepan bring to a boil then turn down to simmer until sugar completely dissolved and blackberries are soft. Remove from heat. Let cool to room temperature. Add lemon juice. Mash. Strain. Refrigerate overnight. Use ice.cream maker to churn and freeze.
