Paul’s Guacamole
Avocados mashed with a fork
1/2 to 1 lime or lemon per avocado (depending how juicy they are)
1/2 to 1 pepper (serrano or jalapeños) per 1 avocado depending how spicy you want it.
Salt to taste.
Cut a bit onion and fresh cheese to taste and mix it in the avocado
Add a bit of cilantro for color and some taste
