This is a Mexican layer dip that can be eaten with chips or used as a topping for tacos.

Instructions

Step 1
Spread refried beans in the bottom of a 13 inch pan. Mix corn and black beans and spread on top of the refried beans.
Step 2
Guacamole - In separate bowl mix 6 avocados and juice of 2-3 limes depending on how acid you want it. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Spread guacamole on the corn and black bean layer. Spread entire tub of sour cream on the guacamole layer. Sprinkle shredded Mexican Cheese on sour cream layer.
Step 4
Sprinkle sliced olives and fresh diced tomatoes to the top.
Step 5
Optional - add diced pickled jalapeños and/or onions to the top.
