Instructions
Step 1
Cut and dice avocados carefully and place them into a large bowl
Step 2
Squeeze the limes into the bowl and add salt and pepper to taste
Step 3
Mash the avocados until you achieve the desired consistency (Use a whisk to mash large quantities)
Step 4
Finely chop the onion and coriander and add to them to the bowl
Step 5
Mix and taste, adding salt, pepper and additional lime if needed
Step 6
Finally, serve and enjoy!
