Instructions
Step 1
Parboil the potatoes. Grate them into a bowl. Add the flour.
Step 2
Mix all the spices together and add them to the potatoes. Mix really well and shape the potato mixture into tater tots or hash browns.


Step 3

Heat up oil in a deep saucepan and deep fry the tater tots/hash browns for a few minutes, until golden brown and crispy. Try not to overcrowd the pan. Take them out onto a paper kitchen towel to drain the oil. ENJOY! 🧡
