Instructions
Step 1
Mix cottage cheese or ricotta, 2 cups mozzarella, half the spinach, and half the parmesan cheese with the eggs.
Step 2
Layer 1 cup tomato sauce, half the noodles, and half the spinach mixture in lightly-greased 13x9.
Repeat the layers, ending with sauce.
Step 3
Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and parmesan.
Step 4
Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Allow to stand 10 minutes before cutting.
