Step 1

Preheat oven to 200ºC.
SAUCE

Mix Carré Frais, dill, salt, and garlic powder to make the béchamel. Blend it for 1 minute until smooth and creamy and set it aside.

Peel and slice the potatoes.

Slice the ham.

Add in this order :
- half of the : ham, potatoes, ham, béchamel, potatoes, béchamel

After the 30 minutes passed, add 10g Gruyère and put back for 10 minutes.

Serve the dish with the rest of cheese and 1 tsp of olive oil
