Instructions
Step 1

Preheat oven to 200ºC.

SAUCE

Blend the cottage cheese, Carré Frais, dill, salt, and garlic powder to make the béchamel. Blend it for 1 minute until smooth and creamy and set it aside.




POTATOES
Step 3

Peel and slice the potatoes.

Slice the ham.

COOKING
Step 5

Add in this order :
- half of the : ham, potatoes, ham, béchamel, potatoes, béchamel
Step 6

After the 30 minutes passed, add the Gruyère and put back for 10 minutes.
