Instructions
Step 1
Cut your block of halloumi into cubes
Step 2
Coat in flour, then dip into egg and finally coat in prepared breadcrumbs (flavoured with spices or herbs of choice).
Step 3
Fill a pan with oil (deep enough to cover halloumi cubes) and wait until it is hot.
Step 4
Deep fry the halloumi cubes until golden brown. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
Step 5
Serve warm with the salad ingredients and drizzle with dressing of your choice.
