Instructions

Step 1
Activate the baking soda by mixing it with a little bit of lemon juice or apple vinegar.

2. ⁠Add the flour, baking powder, agave syrup, almond milk and egg to a big bowl. Mix till smooth.

3. ⁠cut the raspberries in half and carefully stir them into the mixture.

4. ⁠heat up a frying pan with oil and create pancakes. Turn them with they are still soft at the top and start to bubble.
Step 5
5. ⁠in the meantime, melt the white chocolate with coconut oil.
Step 6
6. ⁠drizzle the white chocolate on top of the pancakes.
