¼ cupold fashioned oats
1 tablespoonflaxseed meal
1 tablespoonwheat germ
1 tablespooncornmeal
1 ½ cupsmilk
1 teaspoonvanilla extract
2eggs
2 tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil
½ cupfrozen blueberries
1 tablespoonapple cider vinegar
Instructions
Step 1
Stir together dry ingredients. Whisk together wet ingredients, then mix into dry just until combined. Gently fold in lingonberries and pour about 3 tablespoons onto a preheated griddle. When bubbles form, flip and cook a few minutes until browned.
