Spinach lasagne with feta cheese

Instructions

Step 1
Fry diced onions and pressed garlic in a pot
Step 2
Add spinach and cook until they are not frozen anymore and all access liquid is gone.
Step 3
Sift the flour over the spinach, add half the milk and stir around to make sure there are no lumps.
Step 4
Pour the rest of the milk in and cook on a low heat for 5min
Step 5
Taste with salt pepper and nutmeg
Step 6
In a ovendish, add spinach sauce first the lasagne and then crumble feta and repeat. The last layer is sauce and the chredded cheese on top. You can add any cheese you like.
Step 7
In the oven on 200 degrees for around 40min or until the lasagne is soft and cheese on top has a nice colour
Step 8
For best result, let the lasagne stand for 15min before eating.
