Step 1
1. Thaw pollock per and pat dry with a paper towel.

2. Put the thawed fish on a plate or wax paper.

3. Mix the rest of the and spread on both sides of the fish. Let stand for 15 minutes.

4. Place seasoned fish in broil pan and broil 4 inches from heat about 10 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Do not turn the fish.

I did not add the salt. I also marinated the fish (step 3) on the tin foil covered baking sheet that I used to broil it. Served it with broccoli and it was delicious!
