Instructions
Step 1
cook the pasta according to packet
Step 2
In a large pot, melt the butter over a medium heat.
Step 3
Add the flour, and stir for 2 minutes
Step 4
Add the cream, milk, mustard powder and paprika to the pot.
Step 5
whisk until the sauce begins to thicken
Step 6
remove from heat and add shredded cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted.
Step 7
Season with salt and pepper.
Step 8
Add the pasta and serve hot!
