Spiced Chai Tea Smoothie

3 steps
Prep:5minCook:20min
Enjoy this lightly spiced smoothie as an energizing midmorning snack. The lean protein from the milk and the tofu will help keep you satisfied until lunchtime. Look for chai tea bags where good teas are sold. You can easily double or triple the ingredients here, but it's best to process the smoothies one at a time. TIP: Look for lite silken tofu in the refrigerated section of your market; if it's unavailable, substitute low-fat or nonfat plain yogurt. (The South Beach Diet Super Quick Cookbook)
