Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 360°F (180°C).

In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients until well combined.

Form the mixture into small meatballs

Place meatballs on a baking sheet and cook for about 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until browned.

Remove meatballs from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for 5-10 minutes.
Step 6
Bacon-Wrapped Meatballs- For an indulgent, smoky twist, wrap the shaped meatballs with thin bacon slices before baking. The rendered bacon fat keeps the meatballs juicy. Cook at 400°F for 15 minutes, until the bacon is crisp. Drain excess grease as needed.
