Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to fan 160°C.
Step 2
Spray dish with oil. Add beef, onions, vinegar, herbs and spices and stir well. Bake uncovered for 20 mins then stir.
Step 3
Add tomatoes then stock and purre, cover with lid and return to oven for 1½ hours.
Step 4
Remove bay leaf, stir in orzo and cook for 20 min, stirring halfway
Step 5
Sprinkle with feta and serve.
