Sweet chili pineapple tacos

Easy sweet and slightly spicy tacos! Can easily be adjusted for taste. Makes about 6 tacos.

Instructions

Step 1
Heat some butter in a pan and add your carnitas - I use one of the pre-cooked packs
Step 2
Once they're heated and separated, add the juice from the pineapple can.
Step 3
Add Thai sweet chili sauce. About 3 tbs -adjust for taste
Step 4
Season with garlic, salt and pepper to taste
Step 5
Cook, moving periodically until you get some crispy / slightly charred spots.
Step 6
Remove from heat and cover
Step 7
Optional: pan fry Tortillas in butter until golden brown - best served once at a time while hot
Step 8
Assemble: meat, pineapple, I often add a little more sauce on top, and the onion strings
Step 9
Try not to drool!
