Instructions

Guacamole

Step 1
Place the avocado into a bowl and mash with a fork. Cut the tomato into small pieces.
Step 2
Add the seasoning, olive oil and lemon juice and mix until well combined.

Beef filling

Step 3
Dice the onion and bell pepper. Chop the garlic and parsley.
Step 4
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium and add the onion. Fry for about 2min until translucent. Then add the garlic and bell pepper. Fry for 2-3min.
Step 5
Add the ground beef and fry for 2min. Then add the seasonings, kidney beans and corn. Mix until well combined. Fry for another 2-3min.

Burrito

Step 6
Spread the front center of the tortilla wrap with the guacamole.
Step 7
Place the beef filling on top. Sprinkle on the cheese and finish with the tortilla chips.
Step 8
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 9
Roast the wrap in a pan from all sides.
