Instructions
Step 1
Make chicken broth
Step 2
Cut veggies for mole
Step 3
Fry dried chiles until they pop open and you can remove the seeds.
Step 4
Make and toast spice mix until dark in vegetable oil
Step 5
Toast tomatoes onions and garlic until dark in oil
Step 6
Toast raisins and nuts together in oil.
Step 7
Blend all together before adding the chocolate and chicken broth.
Step 8
Add broth and chocolate until smooth and creamy. Reduce if needed.
