Instructions
Step 1
Roll out puff pastry then spread a thin layer of butter all over and sprinkle the cinnamon sugar on top .

Step 2
Roll up the pastry lengthways firmly then cut into 12 pieces and place in a small greased baking dish . Bake at 200 c for about 18 minutes or until golden then if you like add a glaze or frosting and serve.
