Instructions
Step 1
Coat the inside of your Crockpot® Slow Cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 2
Spread bread cubes on a baking sheet. Crisp in the oven at 275°F for 20 minutes or until the bread is slightly dry and hard. Add the bread to the base of your slow cooker.
Step 3
While bread is crisping, whisk eggs, milk, cream, sugar, syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg together.
Step 4
Pour mixture over bread and ensure bread is fully submerged. Sprinkle in dates, pecans, and butter.
Step 5
Cover; cook on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours.
Step 6
Serve with powdered sugar and syrup, and enjoy!
