Finely crushed

60gdesiccated coconut

45gbrown sugar

150gself-raising flour

20gcocoa powder

200gunsalted butter
melted

130gwhite chocolate caramel baking chips
coarsely chopped, caramilk baking chips

Preheat oven to 180C/160C fan forced. Line 20cmx30cm slice pan with baking paper, allowing the two long side to overhang

Combine wet-bix, coconut, brown sugar, flour and Cocoa in a large bowl. Stir in the melted butter until combined. Gently stir in the chopped caramilk baking chips. Spread mixture evenly into prepared pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until set. Allow to cool in the pan

For topping, combine the Caramilk and cream in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir until chocolate is just melted. Pour over the slice and place in the fridge for 2 hours or until set

Use the overhanging baking paper to transfer the slice to a chopping board. Cut into small pieces. Store in the fridge
