Beefy cheesy roasted potatoes

4russet potatoes
medium
1 lbground beef
or any leftover meat, or combination
salt
pepper
Garlic power
or granulated garlic, or minced
Olive oil
use as you desire to coat the potatoes
Cheese
any kind you like
shredded cabbage
sour cream
cilantro
Italian seasoning
thyme, rosemary, oregano, parsley, any combination
paprika
Instructions
Roast potatoes
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 375 to 400. Chop potatoes into desired sizes.
Step 2
2. In a large bowl, coat potatoes with oil.
Step 3
3. Add salt, pepper, garlic, and italian seasoning. Mix well to distribute.
Step 4
4. Spread on baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes(ish).
Step 5
5. Brown meat if cooking from raw.
Step 6
6. Remove potatoes from oven, add meat, cheese, paprika, and anything else you want to be warmed up.
Step 7
7. Put back in oven until cheese is melted.
Step 8
8. Sprinkle with paprika.
