Meatballs
1 lbground beef
0.5 lbground pork
½ conion
minced
¾ cbread crumbs
1 Tparsley
minced
1 ½ tspsalt
⅛ tsppepper
1 tspworchestershire
1egg
½ cmilk
Gravy

Instructions
Make Meatballs
Step 1

Mix ingredients in a large mixing bowl until thoroughly combined. Shape the mixture into balls. Brown on all sides. Remove from pan and set aside for later.
Cook Gravy
Step 2

Mix ingredients together to create cold water mixture.
Step 3

In same pan used to cook meatballs, stir in hot water into browns scraping the bottom of the pan.
Step 4

Stir in cold water mixture in pan and constantly stir to prevent flour from clumping.
Step 5

Mix in sour cream. If mixture is too thick, add additional water up to 1 additional cup.
Finish Dish
Step 6

Return cooked meatballs to pan with gravy and cook an additional 15-20 minutes.
Step 7

Serve over warm rice
