Step 1
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add salt and cook pasta until al dente. Reserve half cup of pasta water and drain.
Step 2
While pasta cooks, prep vegetables: mince garlic, halve tomatoes, drain and chop artichoke, and drain and slice olives in half.
Step 3
Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium high heat. At tomatoes, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook while stirring until garlic is fragrant and tomatoes break down, 1 to 2 minutes.
Step 4
Add pasta to skillet and toss to coat. Add artichokes and olives. Drizzle lemon juice over pasta. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until warmed through. If pasta is dry, add reserved pasta water. Remove from heat and sprinkle with parmesan and parsley.
