Crispy Airfryer Potatoes Rosemary

Instructions

Step 1
Cut the baby potatoes in half, rinse and bring to a boil together with 1 tsp salt and the baking soda
Step 2
Boil potatoes for 5-10 minutes until a fork easily goes through. Drain the potatoes and let them steam until dry.
Step 3
Meanwhile, preheat the airfryer for 5 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
Step 4
Still in the pain, shake the potatoes until fluffy. Then, add the olive oil, salt, pepper and rosemary. Briefly shake to coat the potatoes
Step 5
Add potatoes to the airfryer, making sure it is and even layer and bake for 12 minutes. Turn potatoes halfway through to ensure crispness.
