Step 1
1. Wash the rice until the water runs clear then soak the rice in warm water for 20 to 30 minutes.
Step 2
2. Put a pot on high heat, add olive oil and wait for the oil to heat up a little bit.
Step 3
3. Next strain the rice and put it in the pot. Season the rice with all the spices and give it a good mix.
Step 4
4. Add hot water mix a little more, cover the pot with the lid and wait for the liquid to reduce down a little it should take a couple of minutes. Then turn down the heat to really low and let the rice cook for about 20 minutes and done enjoy!!
