This is a delicious make-ahead recipe for dirty chai's! Just pour over milk and it's ready! Keeps in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. Can be served hot or cold.

Instructions
Step 1
Add all spices and sugar to water and bring to a boil.
Step 2
Once boiling, remove from heat and let steep for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Put back on to heat and return to a boil. Add tea bags.
Step 4
Remove from heat and let steep for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Remove tea bags and squeeze the liquid back into the pan.
Step 6
Add vanilla bean paste (can use vanilla extract or similar if you don't have the trader joes bourbon vanilla bean paste)
Step 7
Add maple syrup
Step 8
Add instant coffee and stir well.
Step 9
Strain into a container and let cool. Store in fridge for up to 2 weeks.
