Instructions

Step 1
Spread rice into greased 9 x 13 inch pan

In a saucepan, melt ¼ cup butter

Stir in flour until smooth

Gradually add milk, bouillon, seasoning salt, garlic powder and pepper

Bring to a boil

Cook and stir until thick and bubbly

Reduce heat, add chicken, cheese and sour cream

Stir until cheese is melted
Step 9
Pour over rice
Step 10
Melt remaining butter
Step 11
Toss with cracker crumbs
Step 12
Sprinkle over casserole
Step 13
Bake, uncovered, at 425⁰ for 10-15 minutes
