Instructions

Step 1
SLOW COOKER Place all ingredients except flour and cold water into slow cooker. Cook on low 8-10 hours. Remove meat & bones, turn slow cooker to high or transfer liquid to a small pot, mix slurry & pour into boiling liquid... cook until thickened.
Step 2
INSTANT POT Cook in Instant Pot on high pressure for 50 mins with a 10 min slow release. Make gravy in pot using saute function.
