Instructions
Step 1

Step 2
In a large bowl mix together l evenly cubed sweet potato, a large head of chopped broccoli, a package of chopped apple maple chicken sausage, and a bag of chopped brussel sprouts.
Step 3
Drizzle the contents of your bowl with a generous amount of oil, 3 tbsp of Dijon mustard, and 3 tbsp of syrup.
Step 4
Season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
Step 5
Mix well.
Step 6
Spread evenly on a baking sheet and bake at 375F for 30-40 minutes.
