Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450°F. Then roughly cut bell peppers and onions, and add to a baking dish with tomatoes and peeled garlic. Then toss in olive oil. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
Step 2
While vegetables are baking, start to cook your spaghetti and saving 1/2 cup of pasta water when done.
Step 3
Add cooked veggies to a blender with all of your basil, 1/2 cup of parmesan, and 1 tsp of salt. Then blend till smooth. Afterwards combine sauce with your pasta.
