½ tspblack pepper

Instructions
Step 1
Pre heat your oven to 550 Fahrenheit or the highest your oven can go.
Step 2
In a bowel add beer, olive oil, sugar, and yeast mix together for 2 minutes til you form a shaggy dough. Add the dough to a floured surface and knead for 5 minutes til the becomes smooth. Cover and let the dough rise for 15 to 30 minutes.
Step 3
In a blender add tomato paste, water, salt, sugar, olive oil, basil, oregano, black pepper, onion powder, and Cajun seasonings. Then blend those ingredients til it becomes smooth.
Step 4
Take a cast iron skillet and oil it with olive oil and add yellow corn meal. Add your risen dough then add your sauce, cheese, and toppings.
Step 5
Bake on 550 for 15 minutes or until brown around the edges. Let it cook for 5 minutes.
