Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the pasta according to the packet instructions.
Step 2
Dice the onion and finely chop the garlic and parsley
Step 3
Heat the butter in a pan and set the heat to medium-high. Add the onions and garlic and fry for approx. 2-3 mins. until the onions are translucent.
Step 4
Add the prawns and fry again for approx. 2 mins.
Step 5
Stir in the spices.
Step 6
Deglaze everything with the white wine and leave to reduce for approx. 4 mins.
Step 7
Now stir in approx. 3 tbsp of the pasta water.
Step 8
Pour in the cream and simmer for approx. 3 mins.
Step 9
Grate the Parmesan into the sauce and simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
Step 10
Finally, add the pasta to the sauce and stir. Then enjoy!
