Instructions

Step 1
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat a skillet over medium heat and use some of the oil from the sun-dried tomatoes to sauté garlic and sun-dried tomatoes until they're soft and aromatic (about 2-3 minutes).
Step 3
Next, it's time to add a pop of flavor to the dish! Pour in some white wine and let it sizzle and reduce until the flavor intensifies. Then, add the cream and chopped spinach and let everything come to a simmer. Season the sauce with some salt and pepper to taste. Finally, add some freshly chopped dill or parsley, and grated parmesan cheese. Stir until it's all combined.
Step 4
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, and stir it in with the sauce. If needed, use some reserved pasta water to help coat the pasta perfectly. It's ready, bon appétit !
