Step 1
Pre heat the oven at 180C.
Step 2
2. Chop potatoes into chips and cook in the oven with seasoning ( 1 love to use BBQ and herbs) and spray with frylite.

3. Cook the chicken and bacon medallions in a pan with 1 calorie spray.
Step 4
4. Add the veg and cook until soft.
Step 5
5. Mix all together on a plate and add the cheese on top. Pop back in the oven to melt the cheese and add the curry sauce
