Last night was "Taco Tuesday" technically, but I finally tried the Irish Nachos!
These Pub-Style Irish Nachos are fantastic!!! These knocked my socks off!
I used waffle fries instead of wedges because that was on sale/ available.
This meal was perfect for using up leftovers! * 1 feta brined chicken breast, chopped * 1 slice of peameal bacon, chopped * 3-4 slices of leftover bacon, chopped
Kiddo just had sour cream as an additional topping
Parents had that with some salsa & hot banana peppers 👌 So yummy! 😋
I really enjoyed the softer texture of potatoes/ fries instead of the crunchyness that a regular tortilla chip has. Sometimes they're too sharp.
I've added another meal to our favourites! 😍
