Instructions
Step 1
Sauté onions and garlic in olive oil for a minute or two.



Step 2
While stirring constantly, add seasonings.








Step 3
While stirring, add tomatoes, carrots, and sauces.




Step 4
Add meatballs, cover with sauce.

Step 5
Pressure cook on Manual for 10 minutes in Instant Pot.

Step 6
Meanwhile, cook noodles in salted water according to directions on box.

Step 7
Shred cheese.

Step 8
Take meatballs out of sauce. Add a few meatballs to blender with sauce and blend. Serve hot.
Step 9
Garnish with shredded cheese.
