Pumpkin spice filling
Cloud Bread Pumpkin Rolls recipe 👇🏻, save this one and make it for your bestie who loves pumpkin spice everything! 🎃🥮
To make the cloud bread:
Preheat oven to 310°F. Whip 6 egg whites until big and fluffy. Add 1 tbsp corn or arrowroot starch and whip again. Spread on a greased baking sheet and bake for 23-25 min.
Pumpkin spice filling:
3/4 cup pure puree pumpkin
1/2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp melted butter
Pinch of salt
Additional stevia (optional)
1/2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice or 1/4 tsp of cinnamon and a pinch of clove, nutmeg and ginger
Mix together and spread on the baked cloud bread. Roll and slice.
To make the icing:
1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Stevia or 2 tsp of powdered sugar
Mix and drizzle all over.
Works great as a
breakfast- yes the whole serving!. The egg whites and Greek yogurt are the protein and the pumpkin is the fiber filled of carbohydrate.
works out to be 295 cal with 30 g of protein, 5g fiber, and a great source of vitamin A things to the pumpkin, which is a wonderful antioxidant that can help our immune system as we transition into colder weather.
