Instructions
Step 1
Use some olive oil in the slow cooker and set to low
Step 2
Add in the whole chicken breasts
Chop the onions, peppers, mushrooms (optional) and add them all to the slow cooker
Step 3
Add a tin of sweetcorn, 2 tins of chopped tomatoes, the tomato passata, 2 tablespoons of tomato puree, 2 teaspoons of garlic paste, both seasoning packets, the stock cubes
Step 4
Cook on low for 5 hours
Step 5
Take out the chicken breasts, shred the meat then add back in with the splash of cream and cook for another hour
Step 6
Add the pasta into the slow cooker and some more water if required, cook on high for 45 mins
Step 7
Serve with a bit of cheese.
