This chocolate bark is vegan super pretty and absolutely delicious. I sometimes give it as gifts if I can resist the urge to eat it all !

Step 1
Chop chocolate and add it to a heat proof bowl then microwave in 30 second bursts until it’s melted . Make sure you check in between so that it doesn’t burn . Pour it into a small parchment lined tray then tap a few times to flatten the chocolate ( if the chocolate is very think you can use 1 tsp flavorless oil to loosen it up )
Step 2
Sprinkle the rest of the ingredients all over the chocolate then freeze for 10 minutes or until set
freeze dried berries2 Tbsp
toasted sesame seeds2 Tbsp
Step 3
Wash a knife in hot water then cut the squares cleaning the knife in between so it doesn’t become messy then keep in a sealed box for up to 4 weeks . I keep mine in the fridge but a dark cold cupboard will be fine also . Enjoy .
