Instructions

Step 1
Grease an 8x8 baking dish

In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, peanut butter, cinnamon and 1/4 cup chocolate chips. Reserve about 1 tablespoon of peanut butter

I find it's easiest to melt the peanut butter first before mixing
Step 4
Once well combined, press the oat mixture down into your baking dish
Step 5
In a small bowl, add remaining chocolate chips and peanut butter
Step 6
Microwave in 20 second intervals until fully melted
Step 7
Top oats evenly with melted chocolate
Step 8
Freeze for at least two hours before cutting into bars
Step 9
I like to store mine in the freezer
