Instructions

Step 1
Blend the peeled and cored apples with milk, keeping some apple chunks if preferred.
Step 2
Add honey and eggs to the apple puree and mix well.
Step 3
In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, whole wheat flour, salt, cinnamon, and baking powder.
Step 4
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Step 5
Grease a loaf pan and line it with silicone paper.
Step 6
Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 50 minutes.
Step 7
Let the bread cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
