Instructions

Yeast

Step 1
First, mix the milk and yeast (if using active dry yeast, let it sit for 5-10 minutes or until frothy).

Add the dry ingredients and mix them well for about 2 to 3 minutes.

Add the milk to the mixture and stir it well. Then add the butter and mix it well again.

Let it rise and double in size, then roll it out and place it in a bread pan for about 45 minutes.

Bake at 350°F covered for 30 minutes.
Step 6
Uncover and raise the heat to 375°F until the desired crust is achieved.
