Instructions
Step 1
Peel, core and dice the apples into small cubes. Mix with cinnamon, vanilla essence and sugar. Heat up the butter and cook the apples, covered until soft.




Step 2

Cut the puff pastry sheet into 5 equal long strips. Add approx 1-2 tbsp of the apple mixture & some caramel sauce on one half of the strip and cover with the other half. Press down the edges with a fork. Brush each pie with egg wash. Sprinkle granulated sugar on top (optional)




Step 3

Place them on an oven tray lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven for approx 15 mins at 200°C. Dust powdered sugar on top (optional). ENJOY! 🍎🥧
