Instructions

Step 1
Mix together the butter with the sugars

Add the eggs
Step 3
Stir in the flour and baking powder

Divide the dough into three equals part, add the orange food coloring in one of the third and yellow food coloring in another one of the third

Pat down the white dough then place the orange dough on top (pat down firmly) followed by the yellow dough.

Wrap the dough before refrigerating it for 1 hour

Preheat oven to 175°C

Cut 1 cm slices down the width of the dough and then cut each slice into small triangles

Transfer the cookies onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

Bake at 175°C for 10 minutes
Step 11
Let the cookies sit on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely
